yesh im finally into this blog.. *shows victory sign* phew.. hey melvin thanks for resending me the invite to this blog. haha. *big smile*
well i feel kinda excited now. it being the first time i actually write a blog and just letting go. i guess. i used to think that writing such stuff is very troublesome. and i mean very. people who actually bothers to blog are those that have soooo.. much to say bout their lives and brave enough to declare it on the net. i was definitely not that type, then. i was too shy and at that time i guess i felt a little vulnerable. but everyone always have their first. and it all began on 21th june 2004. it was the first time i met these special people. the ones who actually changed my perception about blogging. the ones who made me smile whenever i think about campus. the ones who made me feel comfortable in just being me. the ones whom i know will be there.
jasmine, melissa, mark, clement, rochelle, david, melvin, ernest, erin, wei xuan, ivan, yingyi, thomas, shuli. they are the ones.
and i really pray that this friendship will continue to blossom and grow. till we are all old, hagged and even if we had serious eye-bag problems. ok maybe not eye bag problems. but u get my flow lah huh..
anyway when i was at heeren just now, i happened to chance upon this little box. on it it states 'You're My Friend, Friendship Thoughts for you plus fun ideas to do together with one, two or a whole lot of friends' inside this box were little notes about friendship. thought it was quite cool n yup i bought it. so i decided to include friendship 'tidbits' whenever i blog now. zero calories and 100 per cent satisfying.
so on today's menu we have:
it's no easy thing to find a friend along the way, i mean the friend whose smile extends, beyond a single day...
who has a word of cheerful praise, for everything you do & when misfortune turns the tide, is still a friend to you. the kind of friend whose attitude is never dark or cold. but who is always loyal & who has a heart of gold
